How much do you really care?

It's the most important question to ask yourself and others: how much do you really, genuinely and in brutal honesty, care?

Do you care enough to show up, do your work and share it? Not occasionally but every day. Or do you care enough to change it, if you feel it's not what you love doing most.

Do you care enough to stop complaining, channel your frustration and create something? Not in principle, but today. Right now.

Do you care enough to learn to love obstacles? They are, you know, the only true indicators of your growth.

Do you care enough to engage in an open-hearted conversation with your fears, without trying to silence them or make them go away?

Do you care enough to finish that report, create that painting, send that job application letter or write that post and hit the 'publish' button?

The irony of it all is that you can't teach others to care. You can only show them what it feels like when you do.

So do you? Because when you do, magical things happen. Lives change. Minds awaken. Eyes open. Smiles appear on the lips of strangers somewhere. Hearts skip a beat out of a newly discovered sense of purpose. Some doors may close for a last time, other doors may open for a first. New ideas are born. Revolutions start. The Universe evolves.

Your only duty is to show up and create. Something. Anything. Right now. You never know whose world it might change for the better.
